Chairman/CEO is a senior journalist by profession, renowned human rights activist, a well-known scholar, writer and columnist on current affairs. His education includes a Master in Urdu and LLB.
He has vast experience in the humanitarian and development sector spanning over more than 20 years of experience as a volunteer. He has served as a member of the Board of Trustees, READ Foundation Pakistan for ten years, and Kashmir Relief Trust (KRT) for 15 years. He is the author of several books and publications on the issues of human rights, Kashmir dispute and travel books. He possesses several awards (national and international) including, the Presidential Award from the AJK government three times and the Shaheen Award from, United Arab Emirates.

Muhammad Tahir moved to Islamabad in 1994 from Shakargarh and started a business called Punjab Rice Store in G9 Markaz. She is an educationist by profession, a writer and a humanitarian worker by passion. Her interests have been focusing on women’s rights for more than eighteen years. She has been part of the right based forums promoting women rights and gender equality. She is a professor at WISH (Women institute of Science and Humanities), Islamabad.
He is an M.Phil level educated in social sciences with bachelors in agriculture sciences. Mr Afzaal is a specialist in education projects and programs having more than 19 years of work experience in the development and humanitarian sector. At present, he is working as CEO in a sizeable non-profit educational network headquartered in Islamabad.
Is extensively experienced and goal-oriented Controller and Finance Manager with a demonstrated track record of leading the preparation and analysis of financial reports to summarise and forecast financial position. He possesses proven expertise in using various financial management systems and leading highly skilled financial management teams, to achieve overall organizational goals and objectives. His education includes MBA (Finance). He possesses more than 18 years of volunteer experience with several humanitarian organizations across Pakistan. He started his career as an Accountant and is currently working as Manager Finance and Administration in IPSOS Pakistan – a renowned market research company in Pakistan.
A lawyer and humanitarian activist, working for women rights for last 10 years. She has been involved in skill development of orphan girls, enabling them to become independent and useful citizens and contribute to the society in a useful manner. She is voluntarily affiliated with different development sector organizations
Riaz Baluch is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in social work, humanitarian efforts, and development journalism. He is a respected member of the Federal Executive Council of the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists (PFUJ – Dastur). Throughout his career, Riaz has held several significant positions. He served as the Secretary-General at the Bahawalpur Press Club, demonstrating his leadership and commitment to journalism. Currently, he is the President of the Alsadiq DESERT Welfare Organization (ASDWO), where he focuses on welfare initiatives in desert communities. Additionally, he is the Senior Vice Chairman of the Civil Society Network, contributing to broader civil society efforts. Riaz also manages his role as the Senior Station Manager at Radio FM 105 Bahawalpur, where he oversees operations and content. Previously, he was the Bureau Chief for District Bahawalpur at Rohi TV, highlighting his extensive experience in media and communications.Riaz Baluch has dedicated his career to advocating for social justice and community development, using his platform to highlight critical issues and promote positive change.
